Please read the following carefully before accessing or using content, or purchasing products from
WrapMySpyder.com, a subsidiary of Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™, hereafter referred to as “the web site”. By accessing and using the web site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by the agreement represented by these terms and conditions, you may not access
the web site.

Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™ may modify the agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement. These terms & conditions also set forth sales agreements concerning the purchase of products on the web site.

BINDING PRODUCT SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

All products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable if removed from original packaging or if they were applied, installed or otherwise used in any way shape or form.

Note: Due to the nature of our products being custom produced at the time of order all sales are final. Because vinyl has a shelf life we are not able to accept our products back once the are custom produced specifically for you.  Please check before ordering your personal products. If you are unsure or have questions we recommend you reach out to us in advance of placing your order. We will do our best assist you in a timely fashion.

Absolutely no returns on any Discount Bin – blemished products. All Discount Bin sales are final. No exceptions.

After which time your transaction will validate your explicit agreement with these stipulated terms as set forth herein.

Wrapmyspyder.com is not responsible for any custom, broker or exchange rate fees that may be applied by your bank in the country you live.  Wrapmyspyder.com pricing is in US Dollars.

Once we receive your email we will access and provide details or any questions related to the items on your list.  NOTE: Not all order requests can be shipped to Canada. We reserve the right to determine which orders qualify for direct shipping to Canada. If we determine we can process your order we will send you a PayPal Invoice that you can make payment by.

We no longer ship our orders direct International. However we do ship International through one of may freight forwarding companies.  Search online to find more companies or choose from one below.
This is fast, easy and only adds one more step in your purchasing experience & in most cases the cost may be less than if we shipped the product directly to you.
We ask that you seek out a “freight forwarding company” of your choice who will Expedite the shipping from the U.S. to your location Once you have an account set up with them and they provide you with a USA State side address you can then return to our website and place your order.

YOU MUST SELECT  “PAYPAL”  AS YOUR PAYMENT OPTION AT CHECKOUT ON OUR WEBSITE.  
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THEM FOR PAYMENT WHEN ORDERING.

The freight forwarding company will take care of shipping the product directly to you. In many cases it can be less expensive than if we ship to you direct. We will ship to the USA State side address they will provide to you when you set up your account & they forward your order on to you.
The first step is setting up the account with a company of your choice. It is quite simple to do.

If possible we recommend you get a shipping quote so you understand any expenses related to shipping to your country)
On a side note if you have other products you are ordering from the US you can use the same account address to ship the products to and once all arrive they will ship your order complete. (Contact the company to confirm) So, you can have multiple products from different companies delivered to you at one time thus saving on the freight.

2. Then place your order with us like normal and in the “Ship To” address on our website you will provide us with the     USA State side address that was provided to you by the shipping company.
3. We ship your order to them and they forward the order on to you.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS

WrapMySpyder.com, a subsidiary of Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™ creates and outputs all products according to the information supplied by the customer. Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™ is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

All custom orders are non returnable & non refundable purchases. (custom orders are any order item that is not a standard size sheet or pattern listed on the website & time of purchase this could be but is not limited to: shape, size, color, appearance, hue, effects and anything that relates to the editing of appearance or size of the product.

All customers placing an order must take special care to order carefully and completely, making sure the information is correct before completing the order. Please make sure you are well informed about the product you wish to purchase understanding the pro’s and con’s of the said product. Ask detailed questions prior to placing you order by emailing our customer service.

PRODUCT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

A one year limited warranty on manufacturer defects is provided in connection with some of the products sold on the web site. Inquire to customer service or contact us by phone or text to 1-814-450-1923 for Warranty details. Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. is in no way responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the sale of products, the web site-related services and/or content or information contained within the web site.

Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the decals, wraps, graphics, fender trim or surface of which items are being applied to during or after installation, pre-application surface prep or removal.

Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. accepts no responsibility for improper or negligent application techniques which results in less than desirable results some of which may be but not limited to: wrinkles, bubbles, over-stretching, incorrect surface preparation resulting in lack of adhesion, incorrect positioning, and more. If you have applied any top “coatings” on your paint like: Nano, Nano Slic, CQuartz, Crystal Coating, Ceramic Pro or any other related paint coating, we highly recommend you check with the manufacturer to see if they recommend applying adhesive vinyl type products over their coating, before you order. We accept no responsibility if you are not able to get our products to stick as a result of top coatings being applied on your machine. Results may vary base on individual application abilities, skills, environment and other unseen factors in which the above mentioned have no control.

In the case whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation, application, surface prep, application temperature or other procedures, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this information from a qualified or knowledgeable source prior to applying products purchased by Sharper Images Tint and Wraps .

GENERAL

These Terms of Service are the entire agreement between Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. and you in connection with your use of the ‘web site’. These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, without regard to their principles of conflicts of law. Any action to enforce these Terms of Service will be brought in the federal courts located in Pennsylvania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of any proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service. Any part of these Terms of Service found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction will be replaced with language reflecting the original purpose in a valid and enforceable manner. The enforceable parts of this Agreement will remain binding upon the parties. By choosing to access
the web site from any location other than the United States, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all local laws. You are also subject to any United States export controls and are responsible for any violations of United States applicable embargoes or other federal rules and regulations restricting exports.

All text, software (including source and object codes), data, information, visual, oral or other digital material, and all other content of any description available on the web site or included in any services we offer (collectively, the “Content”), and all worldwide copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, patent registration rights, trade secrets, know-how, database rights and all other rights in or relating to the Content (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) are owned by Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, or its affiliates or third parties who have given us permission to use it.

You may only use the Content and the Intellectual Property, access the web site and use any services we provide through the web site as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service and for no other purposes.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, licensors and service providers from any and all claims, liability and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, relating to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, applicable law or any right of Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. , its affiliates or any third party.

We may change these Terms of Service from time to time by posting revised Terms of Service on the web site, without notice to you. Your subsequent use of the web site will be governed by the new Terms of Service.

DAMAGED SHIPPING CONTAINER/PRODUCT

If your order arrives and its shipping container appears crushed, folded, or severely damaged, notify us immediately and keep all packaging and contents for proof. The freight company may have to come pick up the damaged package from you. An inquiry and investigation process from the freight company will proceed and will usually take 7-10 business days.

COLOR ACCURACY

Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.® is not responsible nor has any control of the color rendering of each image displayed on the website. (This means that the product you order may have a different color in person than it did on your computer screen.)

It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to ask any questions regarding color rendering & image design prior to ordering product. A 40% restocking fee will apply to any order returned due to mistaken order or dissatisfaction due to color.

Disclaimer: Some image colors may appear different in person than as they appear online.

REORDERS

If you have ordered a product and have to place another order for more material at a later date, we can not guarantee that your reorder material we be an exact match in color or appearance than your original order. We highly recommend that you order enough film to complete your intended project.

A variation of colors from one order to the next of the same product is normal. This may require that you measure your intended surface area prior to placing an order. If you need assistance to do so please contact customer service & they would be glad to assist you.
